You've all been very patient! A whole year has flown by since we last released some new songs. We have some new music available on all good streaming sites from 00:00 on 31st July - just a couple of weeks to wait...
SUMMER'S HERE is the A-side of the new single. Think evenings on the beach with a warm, gentle breeze, a blue sky turning to a gorgeous sunset. Whether you're there enjoying the peace alone, BBQing with friends, or walking along the sands with your best girl, SUMMPER'S HERE will evoke those golden memories that you'll never want to forget...
FUNKY STEAMER (Crew Mix) was something that came about one night after watching The Boat That Rocked - I was thinking about those halcyon days in the 1960s when Radio Caroline and others battled with the mighty BBC over the airwaves, and with the establishment simply for the right to play great music. You've just gotta play this one LOUD!
And that's not all - you won't have quite so long to wait for our follow-up single either - that's already undergoing the mixdown process - Watch This Space...

New songs akimbo! It's been a wee while since out last release, so we at HOT PIG Towers are really pleased to get back on the beam with two new tunes, out this Thursday night at midnight.
The new single contains two new songs - KISSES and POINT OF NO RETURN - is now ready for release and will be available on all good streaming sites on Friday 30th July.
KISSES is about the anticipation of being in that darkened room with your girl for the first time, the electricity crackling as your lips meet in the lamplight, while POINT OF NO RETURN is that moment in a relationship when you realise it's over and there is no way back.

It's been a busy few months at HOT PIG Towers where we have been working hard on the second HOT PIG single (while keeping one eye on England's progress in the Euro 2020 tournament).
The new single containing two new songs - FIND A WAY and BAR GIRL - is now ready for release and will be available on all good streaming sites on Friday 30th July.
BAR GIRL is about seeing the same girl regularly across the bar, chatting with their friends or maybe even working behind the bar, while FIND A WAY is a slower number wondering if at the end of a relationship, there is any way back.
We really hope you will like them!!

Tomorrow then, the first HOT PIG single is to be released - two new songs called THREE QUESTIONS and JUST ANOTHER DAY. We're really excited about this opportunity to show our softer, more sensitive side.
We are also making available, a new BONUS track, here on this very website. This is a new SYSTEM X recording called PARIS LOVE which won't be available anywhere else for a very long time. It's got much more of a rehearsal room vibe than our previous releases, reflecting how it was actually played live back in the day.
We're continuing to work on new music for you all of the time, so expect more new releases in the not too distant future.

Yes!! Just two weeks to go now until the release of our first album, which is called X COMMUNICATION and contains 12 tracks including each of the four singles released so far.
Also included is the bonus track which those of you who have subscribed to our mailing list will already have access to, and three BRAND NEW SONGS.
It's out on Monday 1st March, and additionally, you'll be able to come back here very soon and download a brand new BONUS song!
Watch out too, for the first solo single from Mike Harper which will be out very soon - more details of that in the next couple of weeks!

Evening all! Exciting times just ahead....
Just to let you know that our new single - a double A-side - has been scheduled for release next Monday 8th February.
The new songs, which will be available on all good streaming services, will be DEVIL'S BREW and ALL I WANNA DO.
Why is this a double A-side? Well, we just could not choose between the two songs....
And there's more!!
Yes, just around the corner - a little later than originally scheduled - with a release date of 1st March will be our debut album.

Great news!!
We've just finished the mastering of our new single - DANCE FLOOR SMASH.
The new song will be released on Friday 9th October, just in time for you all to play on repeat over the weekend!
The B-side of the single will be THE DOORS OF PERCEPTION.

Hey - just wanted to drop you all a message to say thanks for your interest in our music.
Several of you have now subscribed and have hopefully received your copy of the bonus track CHARLES. That song was inspired by the story of Charles Darwin, who travelled the world for five years while in his twenties. Though he published several papers on the subject in the meantime, it took him more than twenty years to complete his masterpiece 'On The Origin Of Species' - Sean and I certainly learnt something while writing that.
Having had just a short summer break, staying variously in Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxford and Bath, we're now working on our next single, which we hope will become another dance floor smash! As a taster, the new song contains the following three words:

We're aiming to have that available by early October - I'll update nearer the time with a firm date.
